Our standard quotation is usually based on FOB (Free On Board) terms by default, but we can also quote on EXW, CIF, DAP or DDP upon request — it depends on your preference and shipping arrangement.

Here’s how we normally handle it:

• EXW (Ex Works): Price covers only the goods at our factory. You arrange pickup, export clearance, freight and insurance. Best if you have your own forwarder in China.
• FOB (Free On Board) – Default: We deliver goods to the named port of shipment (e.g., FOB Shenzhen / Shanghai), handle export customs clearance, and load onto the vessel. You pay for main freight, insurance and import clearance.
• CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight): We cover goods, export clearance, ocean freight and insurance to the destination port. You handle import clearance and last-mile delivery.
• DAP / DDP (Optional): We can arrange door-to-door service including import customs clearance. Under DDP, we also prepay duties and taxes. Ideal if you want a fixed landed cost.
