Go deep into the front line and accurately diagnose market demand
Upon arrival in Zimbabwe, the sales team immediately immersed themselves in intense market research, despite the fatigue from the long flight. The team visited the capital city of Harare and several key industrial zones in the surrounding areas, delving into mines, infrastructure construction sites, and local large-scale equipment distribution centers.
During exchanges with several local large-scale mining companies and engineering contractors, the sales team gained a detailed understanding of the current power supply bottleneck facing Zimbabwe. Due to the relatively weak local power grid infrastructure, frequent power cuts have had a significant impact on mining operations, agricultural irrigation, and industrial production. Addressing this pain point, Mr. Tan Qing highlighted Qian Ding Electric's high-altitude, dust-resistant diesel generator sets tailored for African working conditions, and presented cases of the products operating stably in high-temperature, dusty environments.

This trip to Zimbabwe is a microcosm of Qianding Electric's overseas strategy.
