Is the quotation based on FOB, CIF or EXW terms?

A: Our standard quotation is usually based on FOB (Free On Board) terms by default, but we can also quote on EXW, CIF, DAP or DDP upon request — it depends on your preference and shipping arrangement. Here’s how we normally handle it: EXW (Ex Works): Price covers only the goods at our factory. You arrange pickup, export clearance, freight and insurance. Best if you have your own forwarder in China. FOB (Free On Board) – Default: We deliver goods to the named port of shipment (e.g., FOB Shenzhen / Shanghai), handle export customs clearance, and load onto the vessel. You pay for main freight, insurance and import clearance. CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight): We cover goods, export clearance, ocean freight and insurance to the destination port. You handle import clearance and last-mile delivery. DAP / DDP (Optional): We can arrange door-to-door service including import customs clearance. Under DDP, we also prepay duties and taxes. Ideal if you want a fixed landed cost. When requesting a quotation, please let us know: Preferred Incoterm (EXW / FOB / CIF / DAP / DDP) Destination port or final delivery address Whether you have your own freight forwarder This helps us provide an accurate, comparable price instead of a rough estimate. In short: Default = FOB China port. We flexibly quote on EXW / CIF / DAP / DDP as needed. Is the packaging suitable for sea freight? Is it anti-corrosion?

A: Yes. Our standard export packaging is designed for long-distance sea freight, and we apply anti-corrosion and moisture-proof measures based on product type and destination climate. Packaging for Sea Freight Outer packing: Strong 5-ply or 7-ply cartons, reinforced with strapping. Heavy goods are packed in plywood crates / wooden cases with IPPC fumigation stamp. Palletizing: Goods are palletized (plastic or wooden pallets) and shrink-wrapped to ensure stability during container loading and ocean transit. Container protection: Desiccant bags / silica gel added inside cartons or containers upon request. VCI film is recommended for metal parts. Shipping marks: Clear export markings, handling icons (“Keep Dry”, “This Side Up”), and customer-specified labels are printed as required. ️ Anti-Corrosion Treatment Metal / steel parts: Coated with rust-preventive oil, wrapped in VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) paper or anti-rust film, then sealed in PE bags. Electronics / precision parts: Packed in anti-static bags + moisture-proof barrier bags with humidity indicator cards. Long transit / high-humidity routes: Increased desiccant quantity; container liner or aluminum foil lining available upon request. Surface treatment (optional): Galvanizing, powder coating, or additional lacquer can be arranged before packing (quoted separately). Special destinations: If your shipment is bound for high-temperature or high-salinity ports (e.g., Middle East, South America, coastal Africa), please inform us in advance. We will upgrade the packing plan accordingly at no hidden cost. In short: • Packaging: Sea-freight ready by default • Anti-corrosion: Standard for metal/electronic goods, and upgradable based on your destination and product sensitivity. Does it support ATS automatic transfer / automatic start?

A: Yes. Most of our generator sets, emergency power systems, and intelligent control panels support ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) functionality and automatic start as standard or optional configurations. ️ How It Works Automatic Start: When mains utility power fails, the controller detects the outage and sends a start signal to the engine. The unit reaches rated speed and voltage within seconds (typically 5–15s, depending on model). ATS Automatic Transfer: Once the generator is stable, the ATS switches the load from the utility source to the generator. When mains power restores and stabilizes, the ATS transfers the load back and signals the generator to cool down and shut off automatically. Fully unattended: No manual intervention is required during the entire process — ideal for hospitals, data centers, telecom sites, and remote locations. Compatibility & Configuration Standard configuration: Intelligent control modules (Deep Sea, SmartGen, ComAp, etc.) with auto-start logic built-in; ATS panel (motorized or contactor-based) matched to genset capacity (up to 4000A+ available). Optional upgrades: AMF (Automatic Mains Failure) panels integrated into the genset canopy Parallel operation / synchronization with other gensets or the grid Remote monitoring & SCADA integration (Modbus RTU/TCP, SNMP, IoT platforms) Fuel types supported: Diesel, gas, and hybrid systems. Typical Applications Hospitals & healthcare facilities Data centers & server rooms Telecom base stations Industrial plants & cold storage Commercial buildings & hotels Off-grid renewable + backup hybrid systems ️ Important Notes: ATS capacity must match or exceed the maximum load current. For critical loads, we recommend closed-transition (make-before-break) ATS to avoid power interruption. Proper commissioning and functional testing (simulated mains failure) are essential before handover. When requesting a quotation, please specify: Rated power (kVA/kW) Single-phase or three-phase Required ATS current rating Priority loads (e.g., life safety, IT equipment) This ensures we configure the correct ATS and controller logic for your application. In short: Yes, ATS automatic transfer and automatic start are fully supported. Available as standard on most models, and customizable for mission-critical applications.
